Our Board of Directors will be the backbone of our foundation. These leaders share our vision, bring expertise, and drive meaningful impact. Here are the criteria for who we how we select and why, including duties and responsibilities.

Paul Beshah

Executive Director / President

Paul is graduate of the National Defense Academy of India. At post graduate level, he received a diploma from the US Naval War College. He is Six Sigma Black Belt certified and excels in problem solving.

Jane Hampton

Board Member

Jane Hampton is an incredible humanitarian with passion and love for helping people, Jane founded Accessibility Design right out of college. She is the founder and President of this great organization which has made a huge difference.

John Freeman

Board Member

John Freeman is 1978 graduate of the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management who also played football while a student. John is a 40+ year CPA who has worked for international CPA firms.

Nebi Ayele

Treasurer

Nebi is one of those rare, incredible and brilliant minds with a knack for breaking down the complex and intricate problems into easy-to-understand bits and pieces. In addition to that, he is an avid inventor.

Nardos H.

Board Member

Nardos H. Mariam is very gifted and talented young lady. She is a self-starter, highly motivated and deeply passionate about knowledge acquisition and learning. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

Bryan Hayes

Board Member

Bryan Hayes is a visionary entrepreneur and EV advocate, igniting innovation from rugged frontiers to today’s sustainable mobility revolution. His early career as a commercial fisherman in Alaska and airline pilot.
