Bryan Hayes is a visionary entrepreneur and EV advocate, igniting innovation from rugged frontiers to today’s sustainable mobility revolution.
His early career as a commercial fisherman in Alaska and commercial airline pilot forged resilience and precision—qualities he continues to apply as an active aviator—propelling diverse ventures from tech startups to community-driven projects.
He founded the inaugural FIRST Robotics Team at Eagan High School, sparking a passion for STEM that inspired countless young minds. Selected as a U.S. representative to France, Bryan honed global leadership and cultural insight.
Embracing electric mobility in 2014 as a University of St. Thomas alumnus, he founded Bakken Electric LLC in St. Paul, Minnesota, championing EV charger installations across the Twin Cities while expanding into solar and battery storage solutions.
Today, as Founder and CEO of U.S. Charging LLC, Bryan is pioneering a nationwide EV charging network—unified, accessible, efficient, & sustainable to accelerate America’s clean energy. Through mentorship and grit, he continues proving that bold ideas drive lasting change.
